RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it. This policy only applies to products bought using our Website Coolkicks.This policy is part of our  Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

Unwanted Products

You can return an unwanted product to us, provided that: 

  1. it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached; 
  2. it is not missing any accessories or parts
  3. you can sent a message to [email protected] with an Order number as subject and reasons for returning in the body of the message

A Courier will be assigned to collect from your location.  Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will refund your account within 10 days of returning the product

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website or if it is missing any accessories, please notify us and we will collect the ‘not what you ordered’ product from you. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or reimburse your account.Please note this option you will not be charged

Charges for collection of unwanted or ‘not what you ordered’ products:

 The Collection Fee will be set-off and deducted by us from your refund amount.The amount is used to facilitate the return of the products

Want to exchange?

Exchanges are allowed but please not u will have to pay for courier which is usually in the range of R100-R400 depending with where your location might but products must not have been used

PLEASE NOTE

Some Products  especially the ones imported might not eligible for return and you can only return within 10 days of purchasing the product
